Your responsibility: While fry99c takes all reasonable steps to secure your data, the security of your Account also depends on you. Use a strong, unique password, enable two-factor authentication where available, and never share your login credentials with anyone. fry99c will never ask for your password via chat or email.

Complex requests may require an extension of up to a further sixty (60) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it. Please note that certain rights may be limited where fry99c is required to retain data to comply with legal obligations — for example, AML record-keeping requirements that mandate retention of transaction data for a minimum period.

The fry99c Platform is intended for adults 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals below the minimum age threshold.
If we become aware that a minor has provided Personal Data or registered an Account, we will take immediate steps to suspend the Account, delete the associated Personal Data and return any deposited funds in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process.

fry99c may transfer Personal Data to service providers or infrastructure located outside your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, we take appropriate steps to ensure that your data receives an equivalent level of protection, including through the use of contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognised by applicable law.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than Pakistan, which may have data protection frameworks that differ from those in your home country.

The fry99c Platform does not contain links to third-party websites in its navigational structure. Where informational content references external organisations or services by name — for example, payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast — those references are for contextual clarity only and do not constitute hyperlinks to third-party websites from within the Platform.
If you independently navigate to any third-party website, fry99c has no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of that website, and this Policy does not apply to it.
Section 15
fry99c reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or how your data is processed — we will provide advance notice via the email address registered on your Account or through an on-platform notification, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect.
Minor clarifications and non-material amendments may be made without prior notice. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept revised terms, you should request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
