Gambling should always be entertaining — a way to enjoy a PSL match more or test your strategy at the live tables. At fry99c, we provide the tools, information and support to help every player stay in control and keep it that way.
If gambling is affecting your wellbeing or the wellbeing of someone close to you, please use the self-exclusion tool in your Account settings or contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. You are not alone.
Built-In Player Protections
Every fry99c account includes these tools at no cost. No application required. No waiting period for most tools. Simply navigate to Account Settings to activate them.
Set a maximum deposit amount for any daily, weekly or monthly period. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a cooling-off period as an additional safeguard.
Available NowDefine the maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a set period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your cumulative net loss reaches that threshold, further wagers are blocked for the remainder of the period, protecting your remaining balance.
Available NowSet a maximum session duration and receive an on-screen notification when time is up. Once the session limit triggers, you are logged out automatically. This is particularly useful during long cricket live-betting sessions or extended casino play.
Available NowReceive periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing in the current session and your net profit or loss position. Reality checks are configurable from 15 minutes to 2 hours and act as a neutral, factual pause in your session.
Available NowTake a structured break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without fully closing your account. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended for deposits and wagering. Promotional communications are paused. Your balance is preserved.
Available NowSelf-exclusion is the strongest tool available. It closes your account for a defined period — a minimum of six months — or permanently. During exclusion, attempts to re-register are blocked. This is processed without penalty and without delay. See the full process in the section below.
Immediate EffectHealthy Habits
Responsible gambling is not just about tools — it is about the mindset you bring to every session. These principles are grounded in what research identifies as the habits of players who maintain a healthy relationship with gambling over time.
Whether you are betting on Pakistan's next T20 series, following the ICC World Cup markets or spinning through the live casino lobby, these habits apply equally. Gambling should be one activity among many in your leisure life — not the central one.
Decide on an amount you are comfortable losing before opening the app. Treat it as entertainment spending — like a cinema ticket — not an investment.
Increasing bet sizes after a losing run to recover funds is one of the most reliable paths toward problem gambling. If your budget is spent, stop.
Plan days each week where you do not log in at all. Having regular breaks maintains perspective and prevents gambling from becoming a default activity.
Stress, frustration, boredom or grief are poor conditions for decision-making. Avoid logging in after a difficult day, a major loss, or when sleep-deprived.
Maintain hobbies, social activities and routines beyond gambling. Players who have a rich activity mix are significantly less likely to develop dependency.
Deposit limits and session timers are not signs of weakness. They are sensible planning tools — exactly like a monthly budget for any other expense.
How Limits Work
Caps your activity for a rolling 24-hour window starting from when the limit was first set. Ideal for players who want granular day-to-day control over their spending.
Covers a rolling 7-day period. A popular choice for players who prefer to think in weekly leisure budgets — for example, allocating a set PKR amount per week across all gaming activity.
Controls your total activity across a calendar month. Best suited to players on fixed monthly incomes who prefer to align their gaming budget with their salary or expense cycle.
Reducing a limit takes effect immediately — the moment you save the change. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory reflection period, giving you time to reconsider before the change is applied.

Know the Signs
Problem gambling does not happen overnight. It develops gradually, and one of the most effective defences is recognising the early signs — in yourself or in someone you care about.
The behaviours listed here do not automatically mean a serious problem exists, but they are worth paying attention to. If several of them apply to you on a regular basis, we strongly encourage using the self-exclusion tool or seeking external support.
Pakistani players in cities like Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad can access support through mental health helplines and counselling services. You do not need to identify yourself as a "gambler" to reach out — concerns about impulse control or compulsive behaviour are handled with full confidentiality by professional services.
Spending more than you planned — consistently going beyond your intended budget each session, even after promising yourself you would stop at a specific amount.
Gambling to escape problems — using the platform to avoid difficult emotions, stress at work, financial worries, or relationship issues rather than as genuine leisure.
Chasing losses — immediately placing another bet after a loss with the intention of winning back what was lost, often increasing bet sizes in the process.
Lying about gambling — concealing how much time or money you have spent on gambling from family members, friends or colleagues.
Neglecting responsibilities — missing work, family commitments or social obligations because of gambling, or spending money reserved for household expenses such as rent or groceries.
Preoccupation with gambling — thinking about gambling most of the day, planning the next session while doing other activities, or feeling restless and irritable when not able to gamble.
Borrowing money to gamble — taking loans, borrowing from family or using credit facilities specifically to fund gambling, rather than as planned personal finance.
Self-Check
Consider these questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to three or more, we recommend speaking to a support professional or activating the self-exclusion tool.
Have you ever gambled with money that was intended for essential expenses such as food, rent or utility bills?
Do you feel a need to gamble with increasing amounts of money to achieve the same level of excitement?
Have you tried to reduce or stop gambling but found it difficult or impossible to follow through?
Do you feel restless, irritable or anxious when you are unable to gamble for a period of time?
Have you hidden gambling activity or its financial consequences from people close to you?
Has gambling ever caused significant stress in your relationships, employment or financial situation?
Do you frequently find yourself thinking about past gambling experiences or planning your next session when doing unrelated activities?
This self-assessment is for informational purposes only and is not a clinical diagnostic tool. If you have concerns about your gambling behaviour, please contact the fry99c support team or speak to a qualified mental health professional. You can also visit our FAQ for support contact details.
Strongest Protection
Self-exclusion is designed for players who want to stop gambling for an extended period or permanently. It is processed without obstruction, without judgment and without penalty. There is no minimum balance required, no mandatory waiting period, and no fee.
During self-exclusion, your account is locked for deposits, wagering and bonus claims. Any available Real Money Balance can be withdrawn before exclusion takes full effect, or within the first 24 hours of the exclusion being applied.
Once the exclusion period ends, re-activation requires a deliberate request — your account does not reopen automatically. This built-in friction gives you a genuine opportunity to reconsider before returning to play.
Access your fry99c account from any device. Self-exclusion is available from within the Account Settings panel at all times, regardless of your current balance or active bets.
Within Account Settings, locate the Responsible Gambling section. You will find all limit tools and the self-exclusion option listed together in one panel.
Choose from 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanent exclusion. All options are available at no cost. A permanent exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
Confirm your selection. If you have a Real Money Balance, you will be prompted to submit a withdrawal request before exclusion is applied. This is processed in accordance with standard withdrawal timelines.
Your account is locked immediately. Marketing communications are stopped. Any attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period will be blocked. If you need support, contact us at [email protected].
Need to talk to someone? Contact the fry99c support team at [email protected] or use live chat to request immediate account restrictions. Support is available in English and Urdu. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a mental health helpline in your city.
Protecting Minors
fry99c is strictly an adults-only platform. No individual under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum age required by their applicable jurisdiction — may register an account, place a wager, or access any gambling feature. Age verification is a mandatory part of our KYC process and is required before withdrawals are processed.
If you share a device with minors — children or younger family members in your household in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or anywhere else — we strongly recommend enabling parental control or screen-time restriction software on that device. This prevents access to gambling websites regardless of which platform or browser is being used.
Additionally, never store your fry99c login credentials in a shared browser profile or allow your password to be saved on a device that is accessible to minors. You are responsible for ensuring your account is not accessed by anyone else.
CNIC or passport required before withdrawal of any amount above the standard threshold.
Date of birth is verified against submitted identification documents. Misrepresentation results in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Accounts suspected of underage access are suspended pending verification — not closed outright — so that any Real Money Balance can be returned.
Reports of underage accounts from any source — including family members — are investigated within one business day. Contact [email protected].
Legal Context
Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation. fry99c does not claim to hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority in Pakistan.
Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using an online gambling platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. The responsible gambling tools and information on this page are provided as general player-welfare resources and do not constitute legal advice. Nothing on this page should be interpreted as fry99c asserting that online gambling is legal in Pakistan or any other specific territory.
Being 18 years of age or older does not, by itself, determine whether gambling participation is lawful in your location. If you are unsure about the legal position in your area, we strongly recommend seeking independent legal advice before registering an account.
fry99c gives you the tools. The decision to use them is yours. Before your next session, take two minutes to review your current limits in Account Settings — or browse the FAQ for answers to common responsible gambling questions.
18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction. Gambling may not be lawful in your location. Play responsibly.
