These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the fry99c platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using fry99c, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

All financial transactions are subject to the limits, fees and processing windows published in the cashier. Withdrawal requests require a fully verified KYC account.
Promotional offers carry wagering requirements, eligible game lists and expiry dates. Misuse of bonuses — including multi-accounting — may result in forfeiture and account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fry99c will never ask for your password via chat, email or telephone.

Section 01
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and fry99c (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible via the domain https://fry99c.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the fry99c website, including its gaming library, sportsbook, account management features, promotional offers and any associated services.
By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the fry99c platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.
Important notice for Pakistani users: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws. fry99c does not claim to hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on fry99c, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
fry99c reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC verification process. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani players include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport. Where the Platform requires proof of address, a recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued letter may be requested.
Age Verification: If fry99c has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the required minimum age, the Account will be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited during a period of underage use may be returned at fry99c's discretion after deducting any winnings generated during that period.
Section 04
Each Player may hold only one Account on fry99c. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.
At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. fry99c accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fry99c will never request your password via email, live chat or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Where closure is requested for responsible gambling reasons, the Platform will process the request promptly and without obstruction, in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy. fry99c also reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or suspicious wagering patterns.
Section 05
Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed in the fry99c Cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. Reference to familiar Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or bank transfer providers including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah is provided for contextual familiarity only. No such reference implies that any payment provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with fry99c or any gambling activity.
All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. fry99c reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third party and to request documentation proving source of funds.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier and may vary by payment method. Processing times depend on the selected method and your payment provider's own processing schedule. fry99c does not control processing times on the payment provider's side.
Players should verify whether their payment provider's terms permit the type of transaction being initiated. fry99c does not guarantee that any specific payment method will be approved by a player's bank or wallet provider.
Section 06
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
fry99c will not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. Players should check applicable provider charges before submitting a withdrawal request.
Section 07
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotional credits offered by fry99c are subject to specific Terms & Conditions published alongside each offer. In the absence of a specific promotion page, the general provisions below apply:
Welcome Offer Note: Any welcome or first-deposit bonus offered to new Players is subject to the eligibility criteria stated in the offer. Illustration of example bonus amounts (e.g., up to PKR 10,000) on informational pages does not constitute a binding promotional commitment. The current offer and exact eligibility conditions are published in the active promotions section of the Platform.
Section 08
All casino games and sportsbook markets available on fry99c operate according to their own individual rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error or connectivity disruption that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, the following general principles apply:
For sports betting, fry99c reserves the right to void markets where a result is subject to official amendment, where the event has been abandoned or rescheduled beyond the applicable settlement window, or where pricing errors are identified. Published rules for each sport — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC — govern settlement in specific scenarios.

fry99c is committed to supporting responsible gambling. All registered Account holders have access to the following responsible gambling tools at no charge:
Players who believe they may be experiencing difficulty with gambling are encouraged to use these tools and to consult the Responsible Gambling page for further information and external support resources.
Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Being 18 years of age does not determine whether gambling is legally permitted in any specific location within Pakistan.

The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, closure and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the fry99c Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, user interface design, software, game assets and structural layout — is the property of fry99c or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of fry99c.
Section 12
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fry99c's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
fry99c shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, or losses arising from system downtime, delays in payment processing, or events outside fry99c's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Section 13
fry99c processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration, KYC and platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and, where applicable, the delivery of personalised promotional content. fry99c does not sell personal data to third parties.
Section 14
fry99c reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they would reasonably affect the rights or obligations of existing Players — fry99c will provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you should close your Account prior to the effective date and withdraw any available Real Money Balance.
Section 15
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the applicable gaming licence is incorporated or licensed. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request from the fry99c support team.
Players acknowledge that online gambling may not be legal in their jurisdiction and that compliance with local laws is their sole responsibility. fry99c does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. This statement does not constitute legal advice, and Players are encouraged to seek independent legal guidance where necessary.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a Player and fry99c that cannot be resolved informally through the support team, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under the applicable operator licence.
